Slava Alexandrov is a balalaika player extraordinaire, promoting Russian folk music in Vancouver, Canada, U.S. and throughout the world! But it's not just Russian or Ukrainian music he plays; when Slava comes, you'll hear popular international tunes like Danny Boy, Never on Sunday, and Hava Nagilah too!

Slava is fully vaccinated and once again available to entertain residents at care homes with or without a dancer.

Events:

On May 2 Slava performed at a private party (Juventus choir 20th anniversary).

On May 9 at 1:00 pm he played at the Peretz Centre.

Throughout the month of May he helped care home residents celebrate Cinco de Mayo with his music.

On July 3 he performed for a Canada Day picnic in Central Park Burnaby.

On August 9 Slava and two dancers participated in the Mother Language Festival at Holland Park.

On September 6 he will perform at a private anniversary event at Peretz Centre.

On September 26 Slava will participate in an evening of songs and poetry at Burquest Community Centre.
